You can make purchases using any credit card via PayPal.
You will be able to enjoy the benefits of discount codes.
You will have the chance to purchase pieces only offered online and to take advantage of special offers for registered users

Click on the menu option “My Account”. 
Once there, enter your email address, which will be the username you use to access the website MARLENETURANZAS.
Once your e-mail address has been entered in the top box, enter a password of at least 8 characters (we recommend that it is a combination of numbers and letters) in the bottom box. Once you have finished this process you will be able to access the online store.
You will immediately be sent an e-mail with your username and an access link that will take you to your profile.
To make sure you’ve entered the store, please check that the button at the top right of the screen on the home page says, “Edit Account” where you can change your password and complete missing data such as username and surname.
The username with which you log in to the store is the e-mail you used to register.

Go to “My Account” and click on the “Edit Account” option. Once there, enter the password you would like, and save it.

Yes, to make a purchase through the online store MARLENETURANZAS you must register. When checking out you will be asked for any missing information from the registration process related to your billing and shipping address. Registration is not needed to navigate the site.

Purchasing Process

Select the product you would like to purchase.
Add or subtract the number of pieces you wish to purchase by clicking the (+) or (–) button. 
Click “Add to Cart” and a green band at the top of the page will appear indicating that the item has successfully been added to the shopping cart.
To view your shopping cart click on the cart icon located at the top right of the page and select “View Cart”. You will be able to see the list of products you have selected, the number of pieces, the price of each product, and the total cost of your purchase.
Select “Buy Now” and you will be sent to a page to fill in any data missing to finalize the sale, such as your billing and shipping address. Your billing address and shipping address may be the same, if this is not the case, activate the “Send to a different address?” box and insert the correct shipping information.
Select either PayPal or Credit Card as your method of payment. You must accept the terms and conditions to make a purchase.
If you have NOT previously registered on the website, complete the registration process by filling in the required information.

Before making a payment you should check that your basket holds the products you have selected and the correct number of each of them.
You can add or remove products whenever you need to using the (+) and (-) buttons in the quantity column.
You may also remove the product by clicking on the red (x) located to the left of the product image.

Once the purchase process and payment have been completed, it is not possible to cancel an order. However, you may return the product provided it is in perfect condition, including its original and undamaged tags and packaging (see return policy). The purchaser will be responsible for any charges associated with returns.

We have two methods of payment: * PayPal and Credit Card.
* PayPal is a system that lets anyone with an e-mail safely send and receive money online using a credit card www.paypal.com.mx.

Please register with PayPal to make a payment.
You do not need to have PayPal credit to make a purchase; the charge is made directly to your credit card.
We will send you an e-mail confirming that your order is in the process of being delivered along with its reference number.

No, payment must be made in its entirety before the product is shipped.

Shipping

Our products shipping costs are free in the Iberian Peninsula. For the foreign provinces the costs change, depending on the province, the city  the country. At the time the purchase is being paid, the shipping will be calculated and shown previous to the payment.

The Administrator sends the products to their clients by a transport company of recognized prestige.

The delivery is considered done since the product is put at the client’s disposal by the shipper and the addressee signs the reception of the delivery. It is responsibility of the addressee to verify the products and their reception and to indicate all the exceptions and complains that may be justified.

All the taxes and custom duties are in charge of the buyer according to the country where the product is needed.

If a web page product is needed and is not available in any of the mentioned countries, or if there is any doubt or suggestion, you can send an e-mail to: info@marleneturanzas.comand we will contact you as soon as possible.

The delivery date to the designed address or place depends on the availability of the chosen product and the delivery zone, having a deadline from 24 hours to 3 working days if  it is an order to the peninsular Spain, and from 3 to 5 working days for the rest for the country.

The deadline for purchases with a foreign address will be from 3 to 5 working days in the European Union and from 2 to 4 weeks (depending on the customs and destiny) for the rest of the countries.  The shipping deadlines are indicative.

The delivery time for the purchases made after 12:00PM begin the next day.
